Internet Company

Jen and I have been having a little issue with our internet provider lately and it's quite frustrating. They were running a special promotion for 12 months which gave us a deal on or payments. Now wouldn't you think that 12 months...meant 12 full months?! Well...on month 10 we noticed that our bill started to go up a little. Then month 11 it went up a little more...then month 12 it went up a lot! I called them after having called the other two times already, and asked them why this hadn't been changed...that we were on a 12 month promotion...not 10. They said that this is the 12 month deal and that it gradually goes up at month 10. This definitely is not what I signed up for and in my opinion is false advertising! Grrr....
