Pollution

Pollution is sadly something that our entire nation faces everyday. During a recent study, the American Lung Association named Los Angeles on their bad air list of most polluted cities in America. They ranked Los Angeles as number one again this year, same as 2003 and 2005!! The Pittsburgh area ranks second on this list. Hopefully there we can all continue to work towards bringing pollution down in our country, as it's health affects are hurting our nation.

Sell and Rent Back

If you're a homeowner you may have heard of the rent back solution. I for one had never really heard of it until I recently came across a site that explained it more in depth and in a way that really made sense. At first I wasn't sure why people would sell their home and then rent it back. After reading up on it though, I realize that it benefits those who may be struggling to keep their house due to recent job loss, divorce, high interest rates, and others that make owning a home difficult for all of us. After learning more about it, I really thought this was a great idea! This site offers homeowners in the UK the option to sell their homes and rent them back, short term or long term depending on the circumstance. It's great for the homeowners because they can get things back on track, and have the opportunity to come to an agreement on buying their home back down the line when things are more comfortable for them. I can't believe that I had never really heard of this market before, but am quite amazed at what it can offer UK homeowners. I strongly suggest you check out this site and learn more if interested. I am being paid for this post.

Is it friday already...

I have really been working some long, long days now that the busy season has started. It's crazy how fast the days go though, when I'm constantly busy doing things. I just can't believe it's already Friday....my weeks just fly by. Hopefully it rains a little bit this weekend so I get the chance to catch up on a little sleep and spend some time with my beautiful wife!

PayPerPost

Wow, PayPerPost does it again! They always have something new and inventive to share with us! The new news is that they have a new "surprise" for us regarding a new company that they have acquired! Ever since I learned of this news, I've been racking my brain trying to think of what this new company could be??! The one thing I know for sure, knowing PayPerPost and all they do very their members, is that it's something that will most likely benefit its users. They're always doing new things to help out us bloggers, and that's why I'm very anxious to hear who the new company is what that means for the posties of PayPerPost!! My personal opinion would be that PayPerPost has acquired a new company that will help bring traffic to our blogs, causing us to gain more popularity and hopefully higher pageranks!! Maybe this company offers online ads, where we can promote our blogs in that way? Promoting our blogs would definitely get the word out there about our personal sites, but would also spread the news of this great company PayPerPost and all they do to help us make some extra money by blogging about the things we love. I definitely think it's something along those lines, but only time will tell. They will be letting us know all about this new company they've acquired next week!! This is a paid post.

Ultrasound

It's been fun lately, because Jenna just had her first ultrasound this past week and everyone was so excited to see our little one's first pictures.:) It's so neat how our baby is only a couple inches long, but he/she is still visible on an ultrasound. It's great to see that our baby is growing and is healthy! What a fun time.

Birthdays!

April 7th is always a fun day because it's my mom's birthday and jen's little brother's birthday. My mom had to work today, but we still called her and wished her a happy birthday. Jacob was able to come home this weekend with his girlfriend, so he and Jen's parents came up to AL to go out to eat for the best pizza around. It was nice that Jen and I got to spend his 21st birthday with him...he seemed to have a good birthday.

New siding

We had a really great time with Jen's parent this weekend. We hadn't been to FC in a while, and they had done a lot of things with their house that we hadn't seen yet. It was fun to see their new siding and new windows....it's amazing how changes like this can make a house look so different. It really looks nice! They are going to be doing some landscaping this spring too...so that will look really nice too.
