Finishing Lunch

I suppose I better sign off from blogging for a while so that I can finish my lunch. I'm eating pizza, which is one of my favorite lunches to eat at work. I was going to take the leftover spaghetti, but thought I'd leave that for Jen so that she doesn't have to make herself lunch. She's so busy during the day...it's nice when she can just grab leftovers. She loves spaghetti besides, so she'll be pleasantly surprised when she sees that I left it for her.:)

Allegro Medical

Allegro Medical is an independently owned online retailer of products to help enhance one's life. They actually are the largest independent online retailer of supplies like this and have over 1 million customers!! Wow! I thought that was pretty impressive. They began selling home health care supplies and medical supplies, and have sense expanded their offerings to include products such as exercise and fitness equipment, nutritional dietary supplements, maternity supplies and outdoor gear. I was just amazed at how much they had to offer. In fact, they have over 55,000 products under 50 different categories. Church

This past weekend we were back visiting Jen's parents, which was nice because we hadn't been to their place in a while. We went to church with them on Sunday, which is actually the church that Jen and I grew up in, so that was fun too. We figured most people knew that we were expecting, but we had many people come up to us and tell us congratulations and that they had no idea we were expecting a baby. They were even more surprised to learn that our new bundle of joy is actually due in less than a month. It was a fun time.

Moving to the Music

Jen has been telling me that the baby is really moving around a lot lately...and that his/her movements are getting very strong. She said it's fun, because if she runs the vacuum or is around music or something, the baby begins to move a lot. I got to witness this first hand at the baby shower this weekend, and so did all of our family members. Someone got us a card that, when you open it, it plays music. When I opened the card, all of a sudden you could see the baby moving all around, rolling and kicking. People got to see the movements and feel Jen's tummy. They thought that was pretty neat.

Feeling more prepared

We had such a nice time at our Baby Shower this past weekend. It was so nice to see all of our family that was able to make it...most of whom we have not seen in quite a while. We got so many wonderful generous gifts, and are now feeling much more prepared for the baby's arrival at the end of the month. For a while there we were wondering if we would be ready when the baby comes...but after all of the nice gifts we received there's not much more that we need. It's a good feeling, since Baby Gaskill will be here in just a few short weeks.

3 1/2 Weeks Left

I can't believe that we only have 3 1/2 more weeks left until our little one arrives!! These past nine months have gone by quickly, but at the same time it's seemed like a long time waiting to meet our new son or daughter. Hopefully these next few weeks go by quickly, not only so we can meet our new baby...but also so Jenna can be more comfortable. Towards the end of pregnancy it's been getting more and more uncomfortable for her to get around and to sleep.
