Great to be back!
It is so great to finally be done with all that madness. The trip to Georgia, actually, went really smooth. We flew down there the day after Christmas, and started loading the truck right away. The second day there was all about getting loaded and at least to Atlanta, which we did. The 28th was all about driving, 18 long hours of driving. We left Atlanta at 6 a.m. and arrived in Cedar Falls at 12 p.m.. That was the longest trip, in the shortest amount of time, I have ever taken. I'm glad it's over.

Let the Craziness Begin!
Tonight starts the craziness with Christmas. After Jenna and I get off work today we have to drive up to Albert Lea, MN for my Mom's side, Christmas. Luckily I have Christmas Eve through the day before New Years Eve off, 10 days. During that time I will have been to my Mom's side, Jenna's Mom's side, my Dad's for Christmas Eve supper, and Georgia, all in 10 days. How crazy is that!

White Christmas?
We have yet to get a snow fall that has stuck. When I say stuck, I mean say around for longer than a couple of days. The weather here has been unusually warm for this time of year, and they ground is not even close to having a white snow cover. Christmas just doesn't feel like Christmas without any snow. The only good thing about not having snow, is that I have to drive up from Georgia a couple of days after Christmas. That is the only reason I'm glad not to see snow.

Added Christmas Craziness
I thought my schedule for Christmas was going to be crazy, now I have to go to Georgia in between Christmas and New Year's. My dad asked me to go with him to move my new Step-mom up to Iowa from Georgia. So now I have to work this into my schedule, because I know how important it is to my Dad and his wife. I guess let's bring on the craziness!
